Our Associates

Allison is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and Purdue University, with an MBA from the latter. She traveled for Chi Omega as a professional leadership consultant, visiting 35 colleges in 23 states. Allison joined the Sorority team at MJ in 2014. In her free time, she serves as an RFM Specialist for NPC and volunteers for Chi Omega, Grace Presbyterian Church, and Yellow Brick Road Early Learning Center. She lives in Lexington, Virginia with her husband Anthony. Allison is passionate about risk management education and strives to promote safe environments for women to grow and lead.
